Inspired by a strong and proud Latina woman, Jen’s passion for baking and pastry has led to the creation of our delectable treats. With years of experience in the kitchen, she started making and freezing pre-portioned cookies to save you time and effort. Now you can enjoy the best parts – freshly baked cookies – while having more quality time with your loved ones.

Jen, leads the way as an example of strength and community connection. Jen worked as the previous Event Coordinator of the Antelope Valley Chambers of Commerce, who is well known in supporting small businesses locally. She specializes in coordinating grand openings for local businesses and there she found her inspiration to open her own business as well. Jen is a proud Mom who wants to show her daughter that anything is possible! This is when she pursued her dream of becoming a pastry chef and opened up Three J’s Sweets, with Jen, Jason, & Juliet!
