Mr. Richard has been a pivotal figure in the world of business consulting for over 30 years. Based in Los Angeles, he has worked with corporations across the United States, helping companies at all stages of development achieve growth, overcome challenges, and streamline operations. With a gift for analyzing company dynamics, Richard works closely with ownership groups and senior managers to develop effective strategies that optimize business performance as well as entrepreneurs that are starting to develop an idea. Richard’s services extend beyond traditional business consulting. His expertise includes business, financial, and operational planning, as well as the development of sales, marketing, and production strategies. He also specializes in trademark, licensing, and royalty negotiations, ensuring that his clients are equipped to navigate complex legal and financial landscapes. In addition to his private consulting work, Richard has made significant contributions to the entrepreneurial community as a coach and mentor at the NEW Women’s Business Center. He has helped countless women entrepreneurs launch, grow, and sustain their businesses by providing personalized guidance and strategic planning. As a board member of the organization, Richard continues to play a key role in shaping the future of women-led businesses, offering his expertise to foster their success.His commitment to education is further demonstrated by his role as a UCLA Extension Teacher of the Year. For 20 years, Richard taught courses in Apparel and Accessory Manufacturing, introducing the apparel industry to UCLA and mentoring senior managers and business owners in the fashion sector. Richard holds a Master’s of Science from California State University Long Beach and a Bachelor’s in Public Administration. His philosophy centers on merging creativity with sound business strategies to create lasting success.
