| CalOSBA and the State Bar of California invite you to participate in a survey of California-based small businesses to better understand the challenges you face securing legal services you need to run your business. Small businesses are the backbone of California’s economy and we know it can be difficult for you to find accessible and affordable legal support, making your businesses more susceptible to unresolved disputes, compliance issues, and several other costly risks. Your participation in this survey will help CalOSBA’s Success, Capital Access, and Leadership for Entrepreneurs (SCALE) network and the State Bar better understand the legal needs of small businesses and motivate the development of legal resources designed specifically for businesses like yours. It also serves as a step toward ensuring that small businesses receive the legal support you deserve to promote smoother operation, better risk protection, and long-term success.
