| The New Economics for Women (NEW), Women’s Business Center (WBC) is proud to announce the remarkable success of its 12 Steps for Launching a Business program as we close out 2024. Thanks to the unwavering enthusiasm and support from our expert business consultants, Jamie Jackson and Ric Saenz, over 50 WBC entrepreneurs’ graduates received the 12 Steps for Launching a Business Certificate of Completion and gained the confidence to transform their business ideas into successful ventures or restructure their existing businesses with new strategies and tools. The success of WBC’s program is largely attributed to the dedication and expertise of these industry professionals. Their guidance, whether through our monthly webinars and personalized consultations, has provided each participant with the critical resources and insights needed to elevate their entrepreneurial journey. |
 Jamie Jackson, owner of JXN and Associates, holds an MBA from American Jewish University, specializing in nonprofit leadership, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). With over 20 years of experience in both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, she has guided entrepreneurs and organizations in business planning, board development, HR, grant writing, and fundraising. |

 Ric Saenz, of Dynamic Business & Loan Consulting, serves as an Access to Capital Specialist, independently contracted by the NEW Women’s Business Center, following his previous role as Financial Business Manager. He leads specialized webinars, including sessions from the 12 Steps to Launching a Business training program, designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs. With over 20 years of business management experience and as a business owner, Ric is passionate about helping small businesses thrive. Through Dynamic Business & Loan Consulting, he provides targeted consulting on business strategies and financing. After conducting thorough business consultations and assessments, he offers tailored recommendations when they are ready for a loan.
