This year, Erika celebrates two decades at the helm of a company that has made a lasting impact on the Hispanic community and the graphic design industry. Originally from Lima, Peru, Erika graduated in Advertising Sciences from the Charles Chaplin Institute in 1995. Her passion for communication led her to work in various fields, from advertising agencies to print and radio media in California. In 2005, she took a bold step and founded ER Graphic Solutions in San Francisco, aiming to provide graphic design and advertising services to Hispanic businesses across the United States. The company offers a wide range of services, from logo creation to web design and online advertising strategies, always staying ahead of the latest technological and marketing trends. In 2013, she published her first book, Mis Alas Me Llevan al Sur, a collection of stories reflecting her experiences as an immigrant in the U.S. In 2019, she launched the series Mujeres a Prueba de Fuego, aimed at highlighting Latina entrepreneurs’ contributions to the U.S. economy and their fight for gender equality.
