Do you want to boost your daycare or start a home-based business?

We are offering a $1,000 scholarship to those who qualify and complete the program.

Here’s how it works:

You must attend 5 Zoom webinars and 1 in-person superclass on financial projections.

Requirements:

1. The owner or manager of the place where you live must approve you operating a daycare in your home or apartment.

2. You must have received orientation from the Department of Social Services.

To receive the $1,000 scholarship, you must attend all classes, complete the assignments, and your daycare must be licensed, registered, and ready to open.

The classes will be led by experts in the field, and you will receive resources to help you improve your daycare.

We’ll cover topics such as how to recruit more families, how to organize your daily work, how to communicate with families, how to set prices, and how to manage your business’s money.

Best of all, the program is completely free and will be offered in English and Spanish.

You’ll also be part of a group of other providers doing the same, so you’ll support each other.

Estamos ofreciendo una beca de $1,000 para quienes califiquen y terminen el programa.

Así es como funciona:

Debes asistir a 5 seminarios web por zoom y 1 superclase presencial sobre proyecciones financieras.

1. El dueño o administrador del lugar donde usted reside debe aprobar que usted opere una guarderia en la casa o en el apartamento.

2. Debe haber recibido la orientación por parte del Departamento de Servicios Sociales.

Para recibir la beca de $1,000, usted debe asistir a todas las clases, hacer las tareas, y su guardería debe tener licencia, estar registrada y lista para abrir.

Las clases serán dirigidas por personas expertas en el tema, y usted recibirá recursos que le ayudarán a mejorar su guardería.

Vamos a hablar de temas como cómo conseguir más familias, cómo organizar el trabajo diario, cómo comunicarse con las familias, cómo poner precios y cómo manejar el dinero de su negocio.

Lo mejor de todo es que el programa es completamente gratis y se ofrecerá en inglés y en español.

También será parte de un grupo de otras proveedoras que están haciendo lo mismo, así que se apoyarán entre todas.
